Aluko, Olofinjana target win at Middlesbrough

Aluko

Nigerian duo of Sone Aluko and Seyi Olofinjana will be the visitors as their Championship team, Hull City focus on getting a decent result against former English Premier League team, Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium, home ground of Middlesbrough on Tuesday.

Aluko recently learnt his voice to the call for the total eradication of racism in football and also added that those involved should be thoroughly punished.

The winger scored last on the 2nd of October but has been a regular and will look to savour his chances at increasing his goals.

Compatriot

Defensive midfielder, Olofinjana will also be expected to bring on his experience at the Tuesday clash.

The tall player has been playing in England for a while now and the level of his experience at the different summits of the English leagues may prove vital at today’s game.

Team manager, Steve Bruce will ask his side to be more clinical in what he expects to be a tight and tough match against Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium tonight.

Chances

Bruce knows the team might possibly create a lot of chances but those chances have to be taken when they come on to the Riverside stadium.

-Our finishing has got to improve, said Bruce.

-Our overall play has been good, but we can’t expect to go to Middlesbrough and have 28 attempts on goal without converting any of them. You’ve got to take the chances you create because you’re never going to get that many away from home, Bruce opined.
