AllStars reap from Rush's absence

Division One side Nakuru AllStars got their second walkover in as many matches, after opponents Rush FC failed to show up for their Saturday 17 November match.

The match had been scheduled for play at the Nakuru Athletics Club (NAC) grounds but Rush, who had not honoured three other away matches, bailed out without giving a reason.

Their absence saw AllStars walk home with full points on the basis of a 2-0 scoreline.

After the win, AllStars, with 81 points, are ranked fourth in the Western Zone of Kenya’s Division One league.

HBC sit at the bottom of the league and have already been relegated.
