AllStars, Rangers friendly pulled out of calendar

The exhibition tie between Kenyan Premier League [KPL] side Rangers FC and Division One’s [Western Zone] Nakuru AllStars, initially slated on Friday 10 February has been cancelled.

According to AllStars’ Chief Executive Robert Muthomi, Rangers took too long to confirm, leaving the Nakuru-based team to make other plans for the week.

-We waited for feedback from Rangers on the friendly, but it did not come on time, Muthomi told Futaa.com.

The match was to be Rangers’ last pre-season show, before the league kicks off on Saturday 11.
