The team played to a barren draw with St.Johns FC on Thursday 20 September 2012 at the Camp Toyoyo Grounds in Jericho, Nairobi, to clinch the title with 82 points from 37 matches.

Top teams from the Nairobi, Eastern, Coast and Central provincial leagues will face each other to decide the two teams that will be promoted to the Division One Zone A league.
