Allan Thigo: Leopards are panicking

Gor Mahia legend Allan Thigo has predicted a win for his former side when the greatest Tusker Premier League derby takes shape on Saturday 22 September 2012 at MISC Kasarani from 1500hrs.

For starters, Thigo is happy for both clubs since they have managed to fight their fading image to make a return to the top of the league this season.

-I am happy that the two teams have come up as they are now back up to where they belong - on top of Kenyan football

In Gor’s favor

The legend however believes that pressure will be on AFC Leopards during the match since their recent performance has been wanting while that of their bitter rivals has been on the rise.

-Leopards are now panicking; they have been first for a very long time but have not been doing well of late

- Gor Mahia players are more likely to be relaxed in this match since they have nothing to lose and nothing to defend

- AFC is pressured at the moment but they still have some of the best attackers now but they will be coming up against some of the best defenders at Gor - it will be a very tough match
