The draw for the 29^th edition of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) will kick off this Wednesday 24 October 2012 in Durban South Africa from 2000hrs CAT.

Ahead of the draw, Coach of the defending Champions Zambia Herve Renard has made it crystal clear that the chipolopolo are ready to face anyone.

Group C

Heading to the draw, Zambia is in the pot of top seeds - Pot 1 and will be in Group C.

Other than Zambia, Ghana, Ivory Coast and host South Africa are also top seeded.

The African showpiece will kick off on 9 January 2012 and conclude with the final on 10 February 2013.
