Wanga, Masika, Ochieng, Wafula

Despite AFC Leopards’ 2-1 win over Ulinzi Stars on Saturday (October 20), Ingwe forward Victor Ochieng’ admits that was the hardest game he has ever played in the Tusker Premier League.

Jonas Paco Nahimana put Leopards in front early in the first half before Stephen Ocholla leveled the score in the 80th minute.

Grateful

However, two minutes later, the Soldiers’ celebrations were cut short after Ochieng’ struck home to keep Leopards’ title hopes alive.

-That was one of the toughest games I have ever played in the league, but I am glad we won, said Ochieng’ to futaa.com.

-We played well as a team and thank God our efforts were rewarded.

With three matches remaining, Leopards are third on the log, sitting three point’s shy-of league leaders Tusker.
