AFC Leopards Coach Jan Koops says he expects a difficult Tusker Premier League (TPL) game on Saturday 3 November 2012 when Mathare United travel to Mumias Sports Complex.
Leopards will be hoping to continue with their recent good form and break Mathare’s 11-game unbeaten record.
Vital points
-The points are crucial for both teams. Mathare want to qualify for the Top 8 tournament and we want to keep our title hopes alive, so it won’t be a walk alone in the park.
-They [Mathare] are in good form but that will not threaten us, our target is to collect the three points and break their unbeaten record. The morale in the camp is encouraging and the players are ready to deliver positive results, said Koops futaa.com.
Two to go
In the reverse leg at Nyayo National Stadium, Leopards bagged the maximum points after drubbing Mathare 0-2.
With two matches to go, Leopards are third on the log with 54 points, 16 points ahead of seventh placed Mathare.
