AFC Leopards veteran players are working on reviving the almost defunct Former AFC Leopards Players Association with the plans now at an advanced stage.
The association which had grown over the years to be strong will now be refreshed with new members set to be recruited in the process of rebranding.
Aim
According to former player Peter Lichungu, the main on objectives of the association will be among other things help resolve disputes that arise in the team and reintroduce some AFC cultures that have been forgotten over time.
-The Association will bring together all the former AFC Leopards players and seek how they can be of help to the team in the coming days.
-We hope to help in making the club a better organized one by providing guidance in areas where we may be needed to do so.
The association’s constitution is currently being worked on together with the revised register so that it can start recruiting as soon as possible.
Members will include among others Peter Lichungu, JJ Masiga, Josephat Murila, Patrick Shilasi, George Sunguti and Joe Kadenge.
