Tusker Premier League (TPL) giants AFC Leopards will be making changes to the entire technical bench after the team failed to win a fourth match in a row in the defeat to Gor Mahia at the Moi International Sports Centre (MISC) Kasarani.
Ingwe fell 2 – 1 courtesy of Dani Sserunkuma’s brace in the first half and the defeat, coming straight after the loss to Western Stima, was enough for the team’s management as the secretary general Winston Kituyi declared that heads will roll at the team.
Speaking to futaa.com after the clash, the official said the run registered by the team in the recent past was unacceptable and changes have to be made, asserting that the entire technical bench will be changed.
-The run registered in recent times is unacceptable and obviously we have to question. In the wake of the latest defeat I can declare that we will be making changes to the entire technical bench with immediate effect, he said.
Coach Jan Koops had been under so much pressure in the recent past. In the loss to Stima in Nakuru last week, the team’s fans blocked the team’s exit in demand for an explanation for the loss.
