AFC fans asked to embrace tolerance

AFC Fans

AFC Leopards’ fans have been cautioned against turning their wrath in the wrong direction when results do not go their way.

According to the former club Secretary General Duncan Angode, players have nothing to do with the recent poor show by the club but official are to blame.

Support players

-Leopards fans should not blame players but rather should support them. These players were more than brothers to me when I was Secretary General sharing with me whatever issue entangled them despite me being an official.

-Fans should therefore not make them fear but should encourage them and with good plans we can still win the league.

This follows a recent episode where a rowdy group of fans attacked police officers in Nakuru after defying orders to let the team bus leave the Stadium on Saturday 15 September 2012.

AFC lost the match against Western Stima at Afraha Stadium 2-1 causing an outrage from fans.
