Western Stima

AFC Leopards will be playing host to Ulinzi Stars in an eagerly awaited Tusker Premier League match, on Saturday 20 October, at Mumias Sports Complex.

With four matches to go, the fixture has drawn a lot of attention and Leopards Coach Jan Koops and his assistant Nicholas Muyoti are looking forward to a great match between the two sides-which are separated by only five points on the log.

Acid test

-Although Ulinzi are not fighting for the title, they would like to finish the league in a better position and that is why we expect a tough match.

-But last week we had good training sessions and the confidence in the team is motivating. Everybody is in high spirits and I hope we will have a good game against Ulinzi, said Koops to futaa.com.

-Preparations are in top gear and everybody is psyched-up for the match. Ulinzi is not an easy team but the boys are focused and we expect positive result, said Muyoti.

Leopards are currently third on the pile, five points ahead of fourth placed Ulinzi.
