AFC crush Karuturi to advance into FK Cup Semis

AFC Leopards handed Karuturi Sport a 4-1 beating in their Saturday 6 October Football Kenya Federation Cup match, played at the Mumias Sports Complex.

In the match, AFC opened the scores in the seventh minute, through Bernard Mangoli, who easily chipped in a Mike Baraza pass.

Karuturi equalized in the 28^th minute, through Mustapha Ogutu.

In the 43^rd minute, Victor Ochieng headed in a Paul Were pass to see the teams go to the half time break, with AFC leading 2-1.

In the second half, in the 64^th minute, Victor Ochieng again found the back of the net, with Mike Baraza adding another one minute later, to seal the victory.

The win helped AFC walk into the semi-final of the tournament, where they will meet the winner of the match between Gor Mahia and Muhoroni Youth.
