Former Harambee Stars and Mathare United left-back Adam Shaban, now plying his trade for Norwegian third-tier side FF Lillehammer , has expressed his optimism that the club will survive relegation.
Table
The team is second-bottom in the 14-team third-tier league with 25 points from 23 matches and will face Birkebeineren, Brumandal and Tonsberg on 6th October, 13th October and 20th October respectively in its final games this season.
- I am confident that the team will do well in the remaining matches and survive relegation, Shaban told futaa.com.
Shaban is currently in Kenya where he had come to lay rest his uncle, who is the father to Kariobangi Sharks Head Coach, Bernard Ndolo.
- I will be heading out later in the week to rejoin the club, Shaban added.
