Division One side Mahakama FC has announced changes on both its executive office and technical bench.
This, according to the club’s communication office, is in a bid to get the team back to the Premier League, which they left at the end of the 2010 season.
In the changes, Moses Serem, a Registrar at the Court of Appeal has been confirmed the club’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, while Emily Kimani is the new Welfare Officer.
The Monitoring and Evaluation office will be led by Arambe Mboga, as Duncan Odima serves as the Organizing Secretary. Richard Otene will be in charge of media liaising and communication.
Ng’ania Dorobo will in the new administration serve as the Brand manager and also handle all Public-Relation duties.
All administrative posts will be held on an interim basis.
The technical bench, officially welcomed Ezekiel Akwana as the head Coach and Benson Matindi as his assistant, while Steve Aruro continues to serve as Team Manager.
Mahakama, who play in the Eastern Zone of the Division One, Kenya’s second tier, are ranked fifth in the league’s standings.
