With only four matches to go, two of the four fixtures will not be a walk in the park for twelve time champions Ingwe.
Having just gone through the fixtures and realized that Leopards are yet to face of with Mathare United and Ulinzi Stars, I see a struggle for Leopards, as what should be kept in mind is that these two teams are always a hard nut to crack.
On paper it will be difficult for Leopards to take maximum points in their remaining matches especially against the in-form and dangerous duo.
Considering Leopards are just recovering from multiple setbacks in recent weeks, will they withstand a double test of the named caliber?
In good form
Mathare will give them a run of their money, keeping in mind their recent good form, while Ulinzi Stars have always given Leopards a hard time in their clashes.
Again, on paper, Ulinzi may be out of contention but they will want to silence critics by finishing in a decent position, just like they did in beating Sofapaka.
Mathare on the other hand will just be spoilers.. Ask Gor Mahia.
Added to the form and previous matches played factor, both sides are harbouring talk of a top five and top eight finish, with Ulinzi desperate to finish in a respectable place.
The fate of AFC Leopards therefore lies in the hands of these two teams. Will Leopards conquer the uphill task lying ahead of them? Yellow on one side and Red on the other??
Hard for me to see.
