If Nicholas Musonye was half a man, he would not be the loud mouth that he currently is.
He would have built himself a legacy: a real fotballing legacy by now, not the nonsensical image that he has taken of late.
If Musonye would dedicate his life to not ruining, but building reputations, then he would probably be president of CAF.
By now, if he was serious about being taken seriously, he would think before speaking.
And if he did not have anything good to say, he would just shut up.
That is what a real man does, bwana Musonye.
Home is best?
They always say that there is no place like home, that if you commit henious offences and go back home, you will be accepted with open arms.
Even if you say bad things about the people you love, they will always have a soft spot for you.
Is that the case for Musonye?
He has repeatedly tried to make Kenya his home look bad. he has looked at us with despise and tried to say unsavoury things about us every-time he can.
Even if it is a mistake made by us Kenyans, why bash us? Why make us look so bad sir?
At times I even wonder if he says that he is from Kenya??
Leave us alone
I personally think that Musonye has an issue with being Kenyan, as that is the only explanation for his behaviour towards the country he hails from.
If he can even praise Somalia and say bad things about us and say we love drinking, while we all know that he is the number one drunkard, then.. what is his agenda? Why take us on so often?
What has he to gain by using his mud-slinging approach towards Kenya?
Or is he just being childish.
If he talks the way he is, what does he get out of it rather than a bad reputation on his part? Is he crazy??
Development record
I think that Musonye should stick to his job rathar than waste time on us Kenyans.
He should focus on his own track record rather than try make our already tainted image look even worse.
As a high ranking official at a body like CECAFA I am sure has more important things to do, like improving the standard of the nations that are part and parcel of CECAFA.
Yet again, if we Kenya are not so important, then why waste time on us.
If Musonye was half a man, he would try lift the standards of the game in Kenya, rather than make the noise he does. he would point forward , not point fingers.
Time to style up bwana Musonye.
