Sofapaka Coach Stewart John Hall could be on his way back to his former Tanzanian Premier League side Azam.
According to Batoto Ba Mungu president Elly Kalekwa, Azam have approached the Englishman and they are ready to release him.
This comes a few hours after the Tanzanian club reportedly parted ways with their immediate Serbian Coach Boris Bunjak for alleged poor results that left Azam in the fourth position on the pile.
-Azam has approached our coach [Stewart Hall] in a very open way, Hall even showed me the mail from them they say they want him back, said Kalekwa to futaa.com.
-At Sofa we don't intend to stand in his way if he wants to rejoin them, he's free to do so, because from my point of view, it is a very good deal.
-If he accepts it I think he will be among the best paid coaches in Africa. We are going into a meeting with him today to talk about it but my declaration is that we will not be a stumbling block.
-The Azam owners are also my good friends and you know football is a business; you go where the deal is best, he added.
Hall’s three year contract with Sofapaka was due to expire in 2015.
