Demoted 2012 Kenyan Premier League side Rangers FC has settled on Coach Leonard Saleh who was recently picked to lead Western Stima in 2013.
Posta Rangers board was forced to go back to Coach hunt after their first choice pick Sammy Pamzo Omolo turned down their offer and opted to go down to Awendo to take up an offer with premier league side Sony Sugar.
According to reliable sources, Rangers, who were to name a Coach by Wednesday 19 December, have now settled on Saleh, a former Harambee Stars assistant Coach.
Further sources reveal that despite having been picked and offered a contract, Saleh was yet to sign the dotted line with Kakamega based Western Stima.
In the past season Saleh had been with second tier side Agro Chemicals whom he led to a fourth place finish in the 20-team Division One Zone B league. Previously he coached KCB in the top flight.
Rangers will in the next season feature in Division One Zone A after their three year span in the top flight came to a close in 2012 upon relegation.
