AFC Leopards stands a better chance of moving up the Kenya Premier League table with a win against struggling Wazito.
The match was postponed following Leopards engagement in the CAF Confederations Cup duties against Fosa Juniors of Madagascar. Ingwe was however eliminated and seems to have recovered from the loss. Three wins against SoNy Sugar, Ulinzi Stars, and Mathare United. The aggressiveness showed by Dennis Kitambi's men against Mathare United in a seven-goal thriller in match week five could be signal that Leopards might be merciless against the club that is debuting in the league, Wazito.
The spirit to catch up with arch-rivals Gor Mahia will motivate Ingwe further. Gor leads the pack with sixteen points and Leopards win will take them not only second but just three points below Mashemeji. Kitambi will also be prioritizing a win so as to run away from the congested league table. Three clubs, Chemelil, Bandari and Mathare all have eleven points, below is Sofapaka and Ulinzi with ten points and Kariobangi Sharks with nine sits just below.
Wazito, 14th, win a win three draws and two losses surely posses little hurdle to Leopards as they clash at Kenyatta Stadium and everything is for the GOTV Shield Champions to lose.
