Kakamega Homeboyz striker Jeremiah Wanjala has revealed his desire to play in Europe at one point f his career though he reckons that should come with hard work.
Wanjala who won the September Player of the month award is grateful that the hard work Homeboyz put on the pitch under difficult financial circumstances player commitment.
- We are greatly under-privileged as a team since we lack financial sponsors but we still put in the hard work. I'm grateful to God for the strength, the will and ability he has given me. My prayer is to stay humble and let my statistics do the talking. I'm looking forward to playing in a bigger team in Europe which is not easy so I have to do all in my power, work really hard to see it happen, Wanjala said after receiving the award.
The former SoNy Sugar man performed well in the month of September finding the back of the net twice and registered two assists. He saw off competition from Gor Mahia's Meddie Kagere and Kariobangi Sharks hitman Masoud Juma to bag the award.
