Following his side’s 2-1 win over Kibera Black Stars, Police Head Coach Charles Korea Omondi has revealed that his side was longing for a win thus making him a happy man.
Kevin Omondi found the back of the net twice for Police with Tony Baraza getting the consolation goal for Black Stars.
-Three points, we were longing for that and that is why we were training and we made two draws. I would say now I am a happy man because now we are only focusing in our next match because drawing two games it was not okey for me.
Korea went on to note the cause of the problem in the second half and stressed out that it will be rectified before the side’s next league game.
-The biggest problem there was the communication because the marking was not good and they were not communicating that is why I was pushing them in that line but I would say that with the experience of the players that I have, we are going to rectify in our training session and see that that mistake is not repeated.
Police is now fifth on the National Super League table with five points while Kibera Black Stars is in the last position on the table.
